Where do you deliver?
We only ship our products to mainland France.
What are the delivery times?
Your order will be delivered within an average of 4 days.
What are the shipping costs?
Before confirming your order, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of your package and the delivery method chosen (home or collection point).
Shipping costs are free for purchases over €150.
How do I track my order?
After payment of your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
When your order is shipped, a second email with the shipment number will be sent to you. You can then track the progress of your order by going to La Poste's online tracking tool. To do this, enter your tracking number (11 to 15 characters) in the area provided, without spaces and in capital letters.
I made a mistake in my order, can I change or cancel it?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. To do so, you must contact us by email or by post at the following address:

To make a return, simply return your order in its original packaging at your expense, no later than 14 days after your decision to cancel. The refund will be made using the payment method used when you placed your order.
