Color :

Golden yellow with amber highlights.

Nose :

Expressive and intense, it opens with yellow-fleshed fruits, frangipane, and vanilla flan. Then, light notes of rancio and precious wood intertwine with aromas of candied lemons, tropical fruits, and butter shortbread.

Mouth :

The attack is rich, delicious and powerful. Balanced, the palate is very long, alternating between caramelized sugar, ginger and licorice stick.

Final:

Long and fresh with notes of pine sap and nuts.

Tasting advice:

As an aperitif, neat to appreciate its complexity, it can also be enjoyed at the end of a meal accompanied by a chocolate or dried fruit dessert.
