Matured in a dry, untempered cellar to allow the climate to leave its mark on our whiskies.

The reduction is made over the seasons and through tastings. The extraction of aromatic compounds from the cask and the balance of the whisky's flavor guide our choices.

Color :

Golden yellow with amber highlights

Nose :

Fine and balanced, it reveals notes of caramelized sugar, lemon, and vanilla pod. Upon aeration, aromas of exotic fruits mingle with those of fruit cake and honey.

Mouth :

The palate is fresh and oily, echoing the aromatic palette observed on the nose. The tasting also offers notes of heady flowers, citrus zest, licorice, and pine sap.

Final:

The finish is dried and balanced, with aromas of cereals and freshly cut grass.

Tasting advice:

As an aperitif, neat or in a Highball, it can also be enjoyed at the end of a meal, alone or accompanied by a citrus or exotic fruit dessert.
